Automobilista 2 V1.5 Officially RELEASED - Now updated to V1.5.0.5

They are Pc2 files. You can find data for everything, I dested: Dallara Dw12, Texas motor speedway, Le Mans, rouen, etc. Files are there for everyone.

 

What do you think they are then?

Why are you all talking about project cars 2 in a automobilista forum in the first place

 

There are some pc2 related files in the ams2 distribution due the madness engine.

 

Remember when we used to talk about cheese? My favorite is COTAge.

 

Yeah, the default setups are all over the place (bad). Once you get a decent setup, the H3 RWD are great to drive. My favorite atm is the Hillman Avenger. I also had a blast in the Group B RWD. I turned the self-aligning torque down in FFB a bit. Turned up suspension and everything else to 0 pretty much. Otherwise you end up fighting the FFB, which in rally, is not helpful.

You can flick the cars into turns without Handbrake. I find the handling pretty good. No idea what half the complaints are about tbh. And Yeah, I played RBR/RSF/NGP for donkeys years (still do, although nowhere near as often as I used to) as I am a true Rally fan.

Having said that, the grip on tarmac is ridiculous considering its supposed to be very dirty, very green (no rubber) and treaded tyres. They listened to too many clueless circuit racers it seems.

All in all, I am enjoying it and thats from someone who plays Sims exclusively in VR (when its available). I am surprised that I am actually not missing it anywhere near as much as I thought I would. I suspect it'll be crap in VR being as its UE4 anyway. That engine really has poor performance in general.

 

Or maybe 2004-2007 cars? Mass Damper, t-tray, TC, preprogrammed upshifts and downshifts, massive aero, launch control..
