lolz.......... how long do you figure the LB's have been down/irrelevant to the sim?

You know what'd be positive, a fully functioning sim. New content is cool and all, but fix the game already.

I just purchased the two DLCs (historic tracks and HiTech f1) waiting to be able to use them when the update comes.

 

Not like they don't try to. There is just no sense to reset TT leaderboards now so dst can post a laptime that then swiftly gets deleted when the update arrives. Which, if I am to believe what Crimson said, shouldn't be far away now, because they're actually crunching away at the game, be it work days or weekends, for what now have been several weeks.

There was no sense to reset the leaderboards before the update.
It would have made sense to reset them with the update.
It shouldn't be far away since when...2 month or so?

 

good morning guys, do you have to buy the dlc if you have the season pass? or are they included? It says release date 25-11, so will we have the update today?

They reset them when they thought it would’ve arrived. They didn’t think it would be smart to put it back (IIRC)

 

Of all times to be broke The F-Hitechs are definetely worth paying for though by the looks of things though so I'm not opposed to it

 

Can somebudy Tell me where i can geht or buy Update 1.5.3 and the Dreck Pack pleased

 

You can’t buy the update since it’s free and the content is probably available on steam since that’s where you buy AMS2 from

 

i thought the Historic track pack was a part of it still? Tbf there have already been a number of historic tracks included with the season pass so would be no issue if things were seperate from here on out.

We ought to be able to expect it today... Otherwise people will be buying DLCs (that aren't aware of what's going on with the update) and not being able to play them. It doesn't mention the update anywhere on the Steam store page for the DLC. I've bought them, and I can be patient, but there are presumably lots of people that will not know about the update, will buy the DLC, and not be aware that it won't unlock... so I guess that tells us that it must be available today (25/11/2023).

 

No, update will be today or tomorrow i reckon, if i remember correctly i think Renato mentioned a while back that they can't add DLC to the Steam store during the weekend, so my guess is that's the reason they added it already to Steam.

 

yeah, there are already quite a few people i see on forums/discord that bought the DLC and are now wondering why they don't see the cars/tracks ingame

 

Hope to many people don't get frustrated and take a refund, can't believe there isn't something on the steam page to say that you will need the upcoming update before you can use the dlc you have just paid for.
