Couple of rough spots here and there but I think overall everyone is pretty excited and happy with them

According to the last update, it was on Saturday at 17.00 CET, i was expecting for today and start my holidays with my hands on the wheel. Excited like a kid before Santa's visit.

Like I'll always say, the update will be released when it's ready. I know it takes some time, but patience is a virtue;)

If anyone thinks 24-48 hours is enough beta test for content, they're fooling themselves. The current backer beta feedback is helpful only for the game build itself. You know, the platform that we'll be playing the content on. I heavily doubt the whatever content issues there might be, will be fixed over the holidays.

Reiza are insane people, they really do push fixes that quickly ;) (the work ethic is really under-appreciated, its pretty obvious within beta but not really known outside it)

The game build? yes. But remember the vehicles are outsourced and it's not easy getting outsiders to co-operate over the holidays. They're not on payroll remember? Just contractors.

The vehicles currently in development are not outsourced.
    They're in house made.

Oh the shader works, sound and physics are ***always*** in house for ***any*** sim, no matter the size. I just meant 3d model and sometimes texture works. How do you think assetto corsa got that IMMENSE 180 car library for the original assetto corsa? few cars were modelled in house. For example: C8R, RSR-19 and M8 gte cars we have, are modelled by urd and that's as far as it goes. Just 3d models.

You're talking about mods, especially the URD ones.

So because one game does it that way they all do it that way? I honestly don't think it works like that

The RSR-19 he mentions is a mod. URD also updated the Kunos made vehicle once with new sounds etc. I don't honestly know what he is on about
