"I can´t run Automobilista" - Official troubleshooting topic

My game crashes when i click the arrow on the bottom right in the garage screen to join the track, just when the car makes the starting up sound. It just throws me to desktop, with no warning or error pop-ups. I can navigate through all the menus perfectly fine. This happens every time, in both the beta and the normal version of the game. Have made a clean install, verified cache integrity, disabled sfeetfx, run as administrator, everything i can think of.
My specs are i5 4590, 8Gb RAM, GTX 1070 MSI Armor, Windows 10 64bit. I run the game in 5760x1080@60hz (not 59 that was selected by default). Have also checked multi-view in the configurator.

are you using any non-default nvidia control panel settings?

 

Only I forced antialiasing when I had sweetfx enabled, when i disabled sweetfx i also reverted all nvidia control panel settings to default.

Have you tried running the native hud?

 

I tried it just now, same result

 

Found the culprit, it was obs studio. Although i wasn't recording, it was running in the background. The minute I turned it off, the game worked flawlessly. @yusupov , my advice is to turn off all the programs running in the background.

Yes, I keep it updated.

 

Game starts with strange resolution, like 16 bit, wehen select a car or a track, game crash

• Different cars on different tracks, reinstall AMS two times, deleting User Folde
  
• i7 3770k @4,5 Ghz, 16 GB DDR3 RAM, Palit GTX 980 Superjetstream, EVO 850 500GB and 2TB HDD,
  
• Does not matter, game already starts with problem
  
• No Mods
  
• All logs as detailed below.

It doesnot matter what I change here, it is always the same error!

 

And here is a Video with the error. In this Video there are two trys to start the game. First one with my normal settings, the second try with more easy settings. The Video is always in 1080p but the game is cropped to some strange resolution!!Different Tracks and different cars!

 

What other software is running? We have some issues with OBS and some other applications that write to the screen

 

Only steam, afterburner and that's it. But also without afterburner, the Problem is the same. I do not stream or anything else. No screencapture at all
