Can we now call it Automobil-IMSA 2? :p

Puns aside, I knew something was going on when I spotted "GTD" on the GT3 Gen 2 vanilla liveries, congrats guys. This is amazing news to hear.

Very excited for the future of AMS2.
Although, I know I'll be in the minority, I really liked the current F-Ultimate Gen2 and am sad it's going away. Would've loved to have both the current one and the new one in-game.

The Lamborghini is amazing and all, but the really important thing is if the Acura will make the Chewbacca noise.

Are we keeping the old model so we have 2 cars in the class?

New F-UltimateG2 looks incredible especially compared to what it was before.

I'm really excited for what these new developments regarding thermodynamics and hysteresis will bring to the tires. There has definitely a theme for AMS2's main physics "sin" being to allow for helpful on throttle oversteer in almost every situations, making applying the throttle the main way to get around corners. Or in more general terms: For slides to be surprisingly beneficial in terms of long term laptime gain.

Same thing for lockups - the game tends to provide a bit more grip during lockups than you'd expect.

Maybe this is one of the "one or two tricks up our sleeve" to make this finally go away... I enjoy the sim as is, but this would still be a huge achievement. Renato has yet to oversell physics developments, so excited to see for myself with the F-Ultimate G2 :D

So, I'm guessing Racin' USA pt4 will have Sebring, Road Atlanta and one more track? Maybe COTA?
I'm wondering what will be included in Adrenaline pt2.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to the next beta build and new features.

Detroit and Mosport are the other two tracks in 2024 calendar that would be missing after Sebring and Road Atlanta

This little tidbit buried in the log I glossed over at first but on another readthrough I'm very happy to hear of this becoming official
Any relation to the AMS2CM posted on RaceDepartment or is it a seperate, in house thing?

Congratulations on the partnership guys. This is incredibly exciting news for us. The wait for updates and improvements pays off tenfold each time something is dropped. Excited for the year to come!

Splendid news. Thinking wishfully, I wonder if Reiza will employ new track artists so that they might, pwetty please, draw the skyscrapers and seaport for a St Petersburg IMSA race? :)

Wow, IMSA! Can't wait for some Acuras (Honda guy here).

Reiza, strength to strength. Keep hitting those home runs!

Insanely exciting, congrats on the partnership!!!
I don't know if this means Weathertech Championship content or all of IMSA, but either way that's a ton of desirable content

@Renato Simioni no information about the Multiplayer development? Are you working on this? When yes how is the status of the development? Alpha, beta? 4 years and still a not so great Multiplayer system....
