Was holding off on getting LMU...now with the IMSA news, I think I'll wait for this new DLC. If they only added Sebring, I'd be happy.

 

Well, AMS2 is my to go sim and I almost only race online in public lobbies. So I'm not sure what you're talking about.

The only thing that I understood from Renato is that it's difficult for Reiza to find the right programmer to get the MP bugs fixed. It's just insanely difficult, they still have an open C++ position so there's still hope that it's going to be improved one day. Until that, I still play AMS2 online as it is.

Because Tempest sounds much more interesting, bit strange it will not let you actually race in tempest conditions, but hey… marketing, they could have called it iRain.

 

Agreed. I tried i rain with worst conditions(very heavy rain, 100%humidity. Lowest temperature 18°c) and slick..
But it wasn't not "heavy" that much.

And I hope see partially iced track on AMS winter races that would be more realistic.

 

Cant say I have heard any other sim giving their weather system an actual name, seems bizarre to me.

The dynamic racing surface in PC/AMS2 also has a name, seems to be a trendy thing to do. Of course iRacing act like they've invented the wet stuff which is the laughable part of it all.
