I think my comments earlier this week were maybe a bit dramatic

my fps was dropping from the locked 90fps on some tracks but very rarely could I see retro projection kicking in

I did some bac to back tests last night and my Q2 at full render resolution in the meta app was giving me stable 90fps at imola and Virginia raceway tracks

with my pico using 2x native headset resolution this is where fps drop occurred but reducing this resolution by 20% in steamvr slider gave me back the smooth 90fps
with the pico device using DP cable I don’t really need such high resolution anyway

so to summarize I found my high graphics high MSAA balanced rendering resolution so happy AMS2. VR driver here

We all like AMS2 and want it to be even better

 

Apprecieated the new default setups for FUG2 and Stock Car 24, much more stable.
Waiting for other vehicle classes to be revised as well...

I wonder if the SuperV8 will be a little more stable thanks to the tire changes. In AMS1 it is more stable and predictable but in AMS2 it is really difficult.

I'm having performance issues on online servers.I can choose any available category, create a start and call friends and the performance of the cars is not the same, especially on long straights.Car taking 1 second difference even with the fixed setup and similar cars after this last update.

I've done everything in setting up the room, I told my friends to make the game and assists the same as me and still the performance of some is much better than others.

We tested with almost all series of the game, all cars and tracks and most of them have an absurd advantage over the other in the lobby on the dedicated server

If it's just you who ends up being slower, then I would check that your throttle input actually goes to max value. Can you do same times as your friends in offline session, time trial for example?
