They don't need to slow the other P1s down because the Ligier running in Brazil's endurance championship isn't an LMP3. It's a track day variant of the JS P320 with ABS and more power.

 

They don't have a higher top speed than LMP2s. Especially OG spec LMP2s which have hit speeds of 340kph.

 

i never thought i'd see 2017 spec LMP2s, but it's nice to have the option

 

Will all this packs be release at the same time and how long after the 1.6

 

it is my understanding that the difference between the Gen1 & Gen2 LMP2 Ligiers & Orecas is this:

“Before the start of the 2021 season LMP2 cars have been slowed down to ensure the necessary lap time difference between the LMP2 and a new class—Hypercar.”

As a result, the Gen1 LMP2 version is a relatively more powerful variant compared to its Gen2 cousin.

I'm not a fan of having to buy the Super Trofeo and especially the Veneno in order to access the pair of Lamborghinis that I look forward to but no worries, small sacrifice it will be, I guess that's a way to acquire licences for the more challenging ones out there.

I really applaud building depth in the classes the way you are doing, seven GT3s and GT4s (so far) and five GTPs.

Great for adding two of them thanks, I don't engage with spec classes but having the two options makes a huge change for me.

Please can you expand how the liveries for these and other IMSA cars will work, are they all mixed in one pool or they separated?

Nice speculation too, at least four more Lamborghinis and two more GT4s (2 of Alpine, Aston or Ford?), great stuff!

The 4 free cars, Lamborghini Dream Pack PT1, Endurance Pack PT2 and the IMSA Track Pack (3 tracks) are supposed to come out when V1.6 releases

 

I'm not sure how you can say that at all.
Literally in this very thread, we have confirmed DLC packs and pricing. Only a few hours earlier, Reiza posted a 30 minute video showing 1.6 in full swing.
None of that was in place back in September.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but even with this huge list of cars, there are still two "brands" to be revealed
1- audi
2-Lamborghini
3-Alpine
4-Oreca
5-?
6-?
7-?

 

I agree with you on the Veneno as someone who doesn't personally have a huge interest in road cars (more power to those who like them though- I'll definetely play with it at least once) but I actually think the Super Trofeo was an incredible choice as it fits a really good niche of high-level cup racing that's currently only really filled by the somewhat outdated 991 Cup cars, with the bonus of being a real life IMSA support series that will now have a pretty sizable swathe of accurate circuits to run on. Very smart call on Reiza's end IMO

 

Insta buy. Release the kraken and we release our money Renato!

Your probably looking at the end of this week at the earliest but nothing as been said so it could be longer. Don't worry about it, at this stage what's a few more days or weeks, when you see a steam download for AMS2 then you will know it is here, let's just hope the update doesn't break the game
