Automobilista 2 V1.6 Development Update - The New Cars

I would add indycars and any cars that you find too slidy.

 

Have all the changes for the wet track and so on been applied to the historic tracks in 1.6?

 

What do you mean? Everything physics related is updated to any surface in the game, I don't follow sorry

 

We just signed the deal with Bernie Ecclestone, now to build the track for the Vietnam GP.

 

I'd just like to say to the people complaining to get a little perspective.

We're all eagerly awaiting a game update.

I'm getting signed off due to stress of my work, last straw being a 4 week task allocated 4...6 days in the plan. Yes I work in engineering, programming sh#t and whatnot.

Update is ready when it's ready IMO.

On a brighter note, I'm very much looking forward to these promised handling updates and IMSA

 

Steam Sale went live, but nothing from Reiza yet.

 

It took several hours last time as well before the Reiza stuff showed as being on sale

 

Yeah but no one is sure about that

 

I am, i believe all DLC will be on sale, apart from the new DLC that comes together with 1.6, this has always been the case in the past years

 

Wait there people on here who don’t already own all of the DLC!

buy it all, it’s steal at those prices.

 

Now is a PERFECT time for 1.6 to release. Steam sale is an amazing opportunity to introduce the game to new players!!! The question is no longer when it will come out, it is how it will be recieved by the public.

Which is how you know it won't be released now.
Thankfully game devs are better at coding than they are at marketing or we'd still be playing Horace Goes Skiing.

 

In that case you should have bought it an hour earlier.
But I like the spirit!

 

Theoretically, if 1.6 were to release during this sale would the new DLC also go on sale or would that be full price? (I'm aware of the very generous free period, I'm just wondering for those who either already want to support Reiza or who get sold on the new stuff after turning a few laps)

 

Historically the new DLC was never on sale immediately, i dont see it being different this time tbh

 

Already had almost everything, bought the SP back in the days. Missed 3 or 4 pieces of content, now bought.
