It was just a joke at first, but anyway, winter themed 'special NBR' with existing wet phyics around new year could warm our hearts while playing it at holidays or we can have it as time trial event once a year only with real winter physics, no need to race there.

Even i don't like to race with bad weather like thunderstorms and monsoons, because immersion break every time i see static threes while everything around me looks chaotic...

Priority should always be to balance and fix classes that are presented in game and adding more content ( tracks, endurance ofc and historic ). Personaly, i am more f1 and indycar kinda guy who would also like some things in that part of the game to be updated / corrected someday.

Drive safely and flat out !

 

It would be nice if Reiza gave hints about content updates - which tracks and cars are coming next.

Well, because of a few users we don't have the Dev Update now. So it is what it is.

 

Not like there's a channel specifically dedicated to listing all the tracks and cars found in the files of AMS 2 yet not in the game in the unofficial AMS 2 discord server or anything

 

Honestly implementing snow physics would be easy - when you select SNOW the game would switch to what 1.5 physics used to be, job done .
(for people that take things way too seriously, i am joking)

Note the total lack of track limits...as with many series that are not F1.

 

Guapore is a fun track for Formula Trainer Advanced, have to keep it balanced.

Is there any plan to add the 'short' version of Road Atlanta? (where the road goes round to the right at the bottom of the hill)
It's not a big difference to the main track to be fair, might not be worth the effort, just curious

 

"Autódromo Yahuarcocha" has a real Reverse layout, but what if AMS2 allowed all tracks to be driven in reverse ? I recorded Interlagos, Monza and Spa how it would look. Would be cheeky way to double the amount of tracks in the game too.

 

while some tracks are a lot of fun in reverse, especially Nords , it’s very naive to think it’s a easy ( cheeky) way to double tracks ,
Every model would need to be revisited for obvious reasons . The amount of hours required just for redoing all the track cameras alone would make it a 2 year plan .

Then because Reiza take stuff seriously, all the tracks would need all the markers redone , all the barriers would need looked at, then all the AI lines etc etc
It’s a long list .

 

I never said it is an easy thing to do, cheeky = funny. I of course know that it would take time to do AI lines and place brake markers so in the end it is not worth doing for the extra workload that would be required for 100+ tracks, but driving on reverse tracks for the video was still a fun drive because it felt new.

 

Never been a big fan of reverse layouts, as most run off areas don´t make any sense anymore. But each to one´s own - if we got a few of those I am not forced to use them.

 

Driving Bathurst in reverse gave me a whole new view of the elevation change from T1 to T3.

 

All the AC Evo road car reveals got me trying the Polo and Virtus again

(They're pretty good, honestly!)

 

I actually tried Ibarra Reverse for the first time a few weeks ago and I love it. Imo it's more fun than the original layout.
