Happy new year to you too. Thanks man, we have to thank you all file modders, you're doing the hard work, I'm just putting links in a thread. I'm replacing the links step by step.

Among this huge amount of custom ffb file, which one should be able to give me the feedback when I brake hard or when my front wheels lock and start sliding? With all the defaults Reiza ffb I feel nothing, what can I do? Thanks

Unfortunately I don't know which file has something like that "built in". You can ask in the stickied main thread, maybe some file modders can help there -->

Honestly, your desires are very difficult to achieve unless you have a motion platform. Here you can simulate the vertical forces very well when braking hard or when sliding. The longitudinal direction, e.g. driving force, air resistance or rolling friction of the tires can be better simulated on the wheel, or forces in the transverse direction, e.g. centrifugal force when cornering or crosswinds. Although it would be very difficult to simulate strong crosswinds. But to feel it a little better you can increase in-game "FX" as much as possible although in my opinion it's not the perfect solution

I feel the same way. There are a lot of really good custom ffb files, but I can't find one that has the brake "bite" feel of rfactor2. AMS2 has a lot of good points, but the braking/ffb sensation always feels disconnected.

    Hi everyone!
First of all, I’d like to say that AMS 2 has been my absolute favorite simulator for a long time, and I really appreciate how much effort Reiza puts into this game.

Next, I’d like to mention that I’ve already experimented with various custom FFB files some time ago, so I’ve been through quite a bit in that regard. About two years ago, I started with a G29 wheel, and today I have a Moza R5 (I’m a hobby driver, I have it mounted on my work desk, but I’ve always modded the brake pedal, and I just really enjoy it).

Now to my issue: Every time I reconnect my Moza R5 to ACC after a longer break, I get the feeling that the FFB is absolutely perfect and a class above AMS 2. But many people claim the opposite! So I feel like I must be doing something wrong. Maybe this "beginner" wheel has some specific requirements and needs tweaking (to be fair, apart from adjusting pedal linearity, I don’t modify FFB settings in the MOZA software at all).

Otherwise, in ACC, the wheel just behaves a lot like a real car—I feel everything, and when I make a mistake, I know exactly where I went wrong. In AMS 2, it feels more "unclear," like I’m playing a game rather than actually driving a car. I kind of suspect it has something to do with how the wheel recenters or how the resistance feels when going through faster corners (how it pulls to the center)... but that’s just a feeling, I can’t really describe it properly.

Has anyone experienced this? Any special FFB file for the Moza R5? Or what’s the deal here? If anyone could help me out, I’d really appreciate it!

Have you tried Reiza's Default/Default+? You need to dial in the settings correctly. You can watch this video and/or read the info you find the stickied FFB thread.
Reiza also has their own custom profile, just delete whatever file you've got in your AMS2 Documents folder and make sure you've set the in-game FFB to "custom".
