So, like real life. There is no way you would hear regular suspension noise in a noisy race car other than the "severe" moments like bottom-out or hitting large curbs/bumps.

I hope this to mean the r8 lms gt4's right rear tire-fire issues are a thing of the past.
Seems to suffer from it on every track.
I know should have filed a report.
Tried various diff settings, even extreme ones.
No matter the track either, right rear would just show up 15-20-25°C higher than any other.
Love the car still, that and the Alpine are like a drug to me lately.

Thank you for the quick fix. Before that it was literally unplayable.

I'm going to stay off the forum for a while and just enjoy driving. AMS2 is in a great state and after 25 years of gaming I'm having more fun with it than with any other sim/game before.

Keep safe guys & see you for the next content-hype-cycle... ;)

What do you mean, we aren't subject to the same CRASH BANG WALLOP suspension noises like ACC, every time we hit any raised kerb with any speed???

    Literally unplayable. :p

I've been waiting on two fixes I've not had a chance to test yet.

1 - the Merc GT1 GTR being far too sensitive to tire wear, making them pit far more often than the rest of the GT1 field - the other GT1s will properly use all their fuel and limit their number of pitstops - the Mercs pits at practically twice the rate. mind you, their pace doesn't drop off before they choose to pit - their pace is fine.

2 - LeMans only - cars tend to run out of fuel - misjudging when to pit - they think they can make it one more lap but can't - if a FCY comes out, sometimes they won't pit during the yellow, will wait for the green, then run out of fuel before making it back around. I've only ever seen this at LeMans - all other tracks are fine.

Does anyone if these have been looked at yet?

Hopefully the fuel consumption itself gets looked at again, it is still the worst in the class and way too high...

Yep, the Merc and the McLaren are simply uncompetitive at the moment in almost any race with more than one stop due to how much fuel they need in comparison to the others.

Part of the issue is that the Merc is too weak on fuel and the Porsche is just waaaaayy to strong on fuel, the Nissan and McLaren were both somewhat in the middle in my testing and that's broadly historically accuarate as well, the Merc and Porsche are not.
