Automobilista 2 V1.6.7 RELEASED - Now Updated to V1.6.7.2

I'm not familiar with these Lambos specifically, but I hope they fall into existing categories and will be BOP'd for some nice racing. I'm not terribly fond of the street cars in the game, so selfishly I hope these new cars fill in pre-existing holes. I enjoyed the previous Lambo pack as we got an additional GT3, GTP, and Super Trofeo for expanding IMSA/ELMS. I honestly never spent more than a few test laps in the Veneno as it never occurred to me to run random races with street cars.

 

what i like about Reiza with all their latest content drops, is that after announcing it, it was releasing the next couple of days. im also now convinced Ferrari will come to the game.

 

A new Steam sale starts tomorrow. Can we expect discounts on DLC Nürburgring 2025 and Endurance Part 3?

 

Doubtful, its too soon.

 

I think there will be a small discount, Reiza are very generous with the steam sales, all their DLC so far as been discounted in the very next sale.

 

Ferrari will NOT be in the game.

 

I even don’t think pmr will have ferrari.

 

I get it my first car was a VN Commodore though and I mostly started watching in the 90s (was born in 84) so that's where my memories are. I don't consciously recall even seeing Mark Skaife in a Skyline on a Bathurst weekend, so clearly post-ATCC. I definitely wouldn't say no to some ATCC and Group C in the game though, hint hint Reiza

 

My 3rd car was a 5 speed VL turbo (ex pursuit) . Proud Aussie here (am I even allowed to say that, smh). I'll take any Aussie v8 era cars and happily take some old XU1, XY or even Mini's or alike, haha.

Haha yeah I occasionally race the Group A cars and they're a lot fun, but they just don't make the right sound really need that inline 6 turbo or the old 5L V8s!

 

Same! To me the street cars like the Veneno or Revuelto always feel like a part of the licensing deal. "You want our classic and modern race cars? Fine, but then you will have to present some of our current 'consumer' cars as well!" On the other hand it is questionable if the avarage simracer has the money to buy a Lambo. I mean I would like to but the 7,99€ Nürburgring 25 DLC drained my bank account.

 

I hope you never touch iracing. With 8 euro you can’t even get a track

 

Nothing to do with licensing. A tiny percentage of the cars in the game are unmodified retail vehicles because AMS 2 includes (or will eventually include) a sampling of just about any form of four-wheeled vehicles that someone, somewhere races:

1. Some people prefer those and want to drive and race them
2. They make a great comparison to purpose-built race cars and remind us that the cheapest and most modest race car can often easily out-handle a zillion-dollar exotic road car

You could speculate about any of the less popular series in the game. Why include a "boring" basic rental go-kart alongside the race karts? Again, a good comparison for those who have driven one in real life to then be able to compare to the higher-spec karts.

 

At least the road cars are sporty, unlike the SUVs in AC1s or GT7s addiction content.
