I doubt very much that we will be driving any Porsche around Nordschleiffe in AMS2 in May. Would be nice but I don't see it happening - still too many things to fix prior to full release with UI, physics, FFB, wipers etc...

Nobody said we are going to race this combo in May, but Renato said : "But we will talk more about these next month". It means we are going to have a bit more info about this next dev blog.

In development roadmap, I think the GT3/4s are planned initially for June so?! Maybe it's part of it, maybe it's a little pre-dlc gift who knows.
But if they do manage to get Nordschleife in it as well (pure speculations atm), with the car dlcs coming! I'm done with my other sims:D:D:D:D:D

I think it's probably the start of a number of big brand announcements on the run up to the GT3/GT4 pack. Certainly going by the current Endurance Brazil line up.
So far we've seen AMG and Porsche but there's still Aston Martin, BMW, Ferrari, Ginetta and Lamborghini as potential candidates that could make an appearance

It was mentioned only a few cars for every car class, so don't expect to see a full field of GT3s. If i have to take a guess, only AMG and Porsche for GT3.

Sure we can talk about things any time. I interpreted the question about Renato’s comment as talking about a released car/track. I was clearly wrong. I have little interest in talking about things until they’re here though.

So many people got so excited by yet another GT3 car and Norschleife :p but did anybody noticed this text?
Could it be possible Reiza is preparing a small GPL2020 based on the 70's F1 cars?

"The first batch will not take much longer, including beauties such as the Lotus 72D, the Mclaren M23 and the Brabham BT44 pictured below:
These however will be just the beginning - more to come where these came from"

Enough time has passed for me to realise (I'm probably not alone) in that Grand Prix Legends changed my life. Very much for the better when I think about how much pleasure I've had from simracing since. 1998 brought us GPL, Colin McRae Rally and Half Life.
This year we've had Half Life:Alyx, Dirt Rally 2.0 finally done, and if we could get GPL20 then we are sorted. Full circle.

Dirt 5 coming in October, but it's a couchgame according the article on Racedepartment. Dirt Rally 3 probably coming 2022 then. Ah well. No more rallying for me since that disaster called Dirt 4.

Dirt 5 trailer looks like the game is running on the Madness Engine, maybe its the work of Slightly Mad Studios...

Big GPL fan here too John, and many years spent working on the 65 mod and the 69 mod.

A bit OT but there were always rumours that Papyrus did some work on GPL2 and it was to be set in the 70s. But what never leaked out was that Blimey! Games (formerly Simbin, now SMS) began work on a 70s F1 sim while working on GTR2, as a sort of successor to GT Legends. Sadly 10Tacle did some market research which indicated it wouldn't sell as well as GT Legends and the work was halted. What might have been.

Realistically Reiza are a small team and licensing historic cars such as Hesketh, Shadow, March and Surtees must be a nightmare, and Ferrari are probably financially out of reach but with the historic tracks we have already and those planned for the future we are a good way there.
