Some good stuff in there, but how about controllers users? Are there any plans to make controller support in AMS2 as good as it was in AMS1? Is there any chance we could get the option to disable the built-in filters & dampers that mess up the steering? Is there anything we controller users could help with, like provide our settings, info, etc?

Did the Formula USA onboard sounds change? They seem a little "whiny" with no grunt. To me it almost sounds like a loud electric engine?
Isn't the Stock Cars just the best Sim car atm? Wow these things are a huge hump of fun to drive!!

I've spent three-four hours testing all of the F-Retro Gen1s now (with fresh setups), and I must say I much, much prefer the way they were before the elasticity thing was revised.

Corner exit is a wobbly and wonky affair as there's this nervous rear that I can't seem to get rid of.

Overall the cars feel heavier and a lot more unsteady. I've always used Silverstone '75 w. chicane as a sort of benchmark test for these cars with each iteration of AMS2, and with v1.3.7.0 I'm two seconds slower in every V8-powered car and four (!) seconds slower in the V12.

Worst of all my rear tyres start overheating after like three laps and after ten laps the cars become very hard to control, and that is with the ducts fully open and no toe-in. I even tried with TC on but it didn't make any difference.

If you asked me I'd say please revert to the previous handling.

@Apex The F-Retro hasn't yet appeared in the list of revised tyre carcasses, so the car's handling might still have room for improvement.

F-Classics have been revised, F-Retro didn't receive any changes yet.

Well, they received some changes, and are indeed worse right now, as @Apex mentioned, corner exits are a hazardous undertaking, we use these in this weeks race in our league, and theres indeed a 2 to 4 seconds difference, if this could get fixed with a tyre carcass update, maybe its wise to push out a complete update for a particular car, and not do like half and basically break them with a update.

Yes, maybe that's the reason, but I find it odd to have the Brazilian Stock Car e-stock competition in a game that only has 1 Brazilian track (outdated version of Interlagos afaik).
Even though I'm mainly a single player guy imo that's another reason for Reiza to improve multiplayer in AMS2, implement schedule races, and so forth.

yeah, multiplayer is a huge part in nowadays games, and can really use some love, i honestly still dont understand why Reiza dont fire up a couple servers using JustRace as a platform, they can easily setup weekly/daily/hourly ranked races there, im sure it will give a huge boost to ams2 playercount, not only online probably

Please take a look at the post under the OP. With each update to the list, there will also be a follow-up post, listing the added classes with a revision pass.

Yes, yes... I meant only about the F-Classic, I read the OP with the updated cars but I didn't realise that F-Classic it has been updated too.

Misinterpreted that with tire changes, driveline has indeed a change, my bad.
Try higher power ramp setting for the time being.

Anyone been giving the G40 another chance? I was never that into it but this new update has made it such a lively, engaging car to drive/race particularly in the GT5 trim
All the other updates are great too, even if I feel like the Formula V12 has perhaps been reigned in a bit compared to pre-this update or its' AMS1 counterpart (although to be fair the former's version was practically a drift car rather than a formula car :p)

Yes, there are reasons... some things are still under investigation.
