man... the very first comment went hard and i dont know what to think about it... because really and truly, he isn't wrong. Nothing says kick in the teeth more than buying a nurburgring pack only to have variants of the track left out of the pack for more money regardless of how much later it is down the line.

On the other hand its a super exciting update, probably the most anticipated update considering games like AC evo are still yet to get nurbs in so this version will be fresh and exciting, the cost is not high and the developers more than likely need the support but its easy to see why some would feel like they have been had here, we have already paid for the nurbs pack which in the very first line of description on steam says ''includes the modern nurburgring''... well boys, that would be this one, not the half decade old one.

The modern track from five years ago has changed, and that track has become a historical track in 2020.
Thinking that the "modern" in the description from five years ago refers to the 2025 version is like forcing someone to change their age from their childhood diary to their current age.
The modern track in the description from five years ago kept its promise as the 2020 version, and there was no promise for a 2025 version. Any DLC doesn't promise infinite updates. Our time flows, and everything becomes the past. I wish we wouldn't clutter the present and future by dwelling on the past.
That's why I quietly presssssssss F5 and move forward into the future.:D

Having new content is always nice, but endurance races without the online driver swap is a bit disappointing... Any plans about it for the future?
LFM also needs a boost in hype... things are not looking good around there.
Please, put more legendary cars of Group C and GT1 in the game.
I'm big fan of ams2 and I want it to be the best.

In the time it took me to wade through all this thread, I could have pulled weeds in my neighbor’s garden to earn the $9.95 needed to buy the new Nurburgring and had enough money left over to buy a 40.

    I mean - i agree... and i dont.

It may have been named the modern track some time ago, but that description on the pack has not changed, it was only called modern at the time because that was the most up to date version and the most modern, it is still suppose to include the modern track via the description, and that modern track is about to change any minute now right :) aaaaaany minute... apparently.

That sounda pretty nice, the 2020 version felt a bit numb after visting the great ACC version & the redone Raceroom version. So I guess the AMS2 version is on par now, isn‘t it?

LFM is looking better for ams2 this season since beta (rookie series, gt4 and f3 get the best participation, but I have a feeling that others will soon do too after this update), but of course I hope it grows a lot more.

Everytime there is a new update for another sim, there is a shift of players for a whole and LMU 1.0 was no exception. But everyone who is interested, please do join and try it on LFM.

I might be alone in this but I personally feel like this update is a bit of a nothingburger, especially after radio silence for so long.
The AMs and Ligier are cool but doesn't really add much, the updated Nurb, while I'm sure it looks great, will probably only have absolutely minute differences and it's paid.

Personally I'd hoped for something bigger after such a long period of silence, more sim updates and less focus on content. Updates to tournament mode, some news about campaign, anything.

A slightly better Nordschleife won't do much when there are competing sims with great Nordschleifes and even one in early access that have heavy focus on that track along with the whole TF culture.

They released an update little over a month ago, and another one with a bunch of new content today, i don't know what you find a long "radio silence" but to me that isn't so long.

I also wonder why someone would create a account just to post something like that, but i guess that's normal nowadays...

People want things for free as always. They spend fortunes on their sim racing gear but 8$ for a new 20km track probably made from scratch are too much. Eight. Dollars. Come on.

But hey, I‘m glad nobody came up with the genius idea that Reiza should be fixing bugs instead of pumping out fresh content. :D

I have a question for the paddock club members, regarding the audio enhancement on chassis / suspension, will this be updated for all cars, or there are specific car classes on which these will be implemented first? Thanks!

To be honest I would take fixes to long persistent bugs (some of which have been there since day one) over content any time, but I also realise reiza have to pay the people fixing the bugs.

I am overall very impressed and happy with Reiza, but the long term bugs are extremely frustrating.
