Sounds like you may have OneDrive enabled on your Documents folder? If this is the case, disable it for the Automobilista 2 folder in Documents.

Turn FEI down to somewhere around 60 and turn up the FX just a bit and see how that feels. FEI has an effect that I find jarring if too high.
