Have you installed this driver? It is the latest official driver. Go to Suzuka at 16:00 on a sunny day, sit on the grid and tell me you can fix that.

Its the latest full release, there was a preview driver earlier in the month - that also had the same issue for me

Not sure if you fixed this but you need to enable Parallel Projections in PiTool
