I've been fine tuning it with fei at 80, I originally tuned it at 90 but that was a bit harsh on road texture and kerbs, I couldn't balance it out...

I think it's exactly that- road texture, it's the grainy feel when the tarmac isn't smooth. You can feel the marbles too on a lot of corners.
It's a training aid-"don't spin off track" :p
