Works for me without changing any settings. Paddles, sequential stick or H-shifter. No matter what I can use it.:D

I think this only will count if you make money with it. If not, than it is free advertisement for them.
I also never use this because I use a triple screen setup and I can look at the apax myself. Turning this feature on feels very unnatural to me.

Indeed, AMS2 is not a PCars2 clone. Yes it runs on the madness engine but there stops the comparison if you ask me:D
