To expand slightly on Juan's answer, AMS 2 will not be a modding platform. They are planning to add a way of making custom skins, but that's it.
You can't adjust them yet.
Playing with settings won't help that much as there are no "anti-sickness" features in AMS 2. VR racing involves a hell of a lot more...
