Afaik both. At least Portland, Mexico and Monaco are "proper" tracks. But still plenty of Mickey Mouse tracks.
And to add that they brake in corners where there is no need to do so, coasting would be more appropriate or just go flat out.

Yes please. I don't use high screech, in games that supports the adjustment, but I'd like to adjust the balance between the scrub and screech.
