I have a 4080, but keep my FPS at 72 and only use High settings in AMS2, with shadows and reflections at Low. In VD I use Ultra, not Godlike...

I don't play MP, but I would assume this is possibly a setting on the server by whoever set it up? Someone else would know better about that.

As I now understand it... if you are set to Authentic then you only use the 1-10 settings. In the Assists settings menu, Off is the correct choice...
If you have mods or added anything outside the normal steam install it will leave those behind. Always have to check to be sure the game folder...
