If your settings differ from the original recommended settings (and you want to stay with them) than this custom is not for you.
First of all, go to Controls / Edit Assignments tab to assign each pedal followed by calibrating process.
Have you tried to plug the pedals direct to a USB? My old CSL LC works that way.
