It is accurate if you set SimHub config via UDP. This is a AMS2 (PC2?) telemetry bug for data coming from Shared Memory.
SimHub needs UDP (experimental protocol in SimHub) data feed to show the correct I-M-O tyre temps. These are wrong passed via Shared Memory...
