The steering wheel gives away that it's a Williams. Which one from 2001 to 2003, I don't know, have to check bodywork closely for that.
VRC's mod is not bad. It just feels a bit...lifeless. Gets the general stuff more or less right, but somehow the car's brutal character is lost....
