Did you ran default wing settings? The car can get significantly faster with lower wing...this track is basically just top speed in TT
Have you set ERS higher for a change? Is your car maybe bottoming out? This track is absolutely nothing fitting for this car due to the bumpyness.

Yes, this is for Stock 2019. (Hard and Soft dry compounds) Stock 202x don't have 2 dry compounds. They only feature Hard and Wet.
Stock 2021 has no soft compound. (And shows hard slick in setup choice correctly) The blank fields for tires in setup menu are likely missing...
