Are your screens actually at different angles? One at 52 deg and the other at 45 deg?? Also, have you set the resolution to 7800x1440 or whatever...
Each HUD item has three boxes below or something, you use that to select which screen it is displayed on.

I use 76/25/50 on default profile and feels great imo. On the wheel I have Drift -2 and FEI 50, everything else 100.
Sounds like a server misconfiguration to me.
That's not possible yet, unfortunately. What we do at RD is have a 5 minute superpole qualifying session between races, works well.
There's a Menu Spring setting in the FFB options in-game, try setting it to 0, it defaults to 20.
