I don't think 20 minutes race in a public server is good (it was set to 20 minutes before), on majority of races people get out after 5 minutes...
Check if driver swap is allowed in the server files (forgot which one now if multiplayer or plr)
Sometimes I think people should stop adding read me files, people never read them anyway lol
