    That depends on the sort of updates. Normally only the bootfiles are to renew. But if the driveline gets an update, the mods have to be updated...

    Not quite sure but better to modify the tracklist in the bootfiles of MODS folder. Dunno exactly if those bootfiles are saved if you deactivate...
