What happens if you use real time instead of 15x accelerated time?
I never had issues at Cascais and I drive it a lot with P1 class cars. The only thing to look out for at Cascais is the low track temperature. ;)
I have done lots of multi class racing with AI as well without any issues. Mostly I do P1/P2/P3/P4 or instead of P4 use the Ginetta G55. It works...
For me, the 2019 always felt pretty good. It was the 2020 that had some issues but after the last 2 updates it feels great.

Speaking of Brazilian Motorsport, GT3 and GT4 are part of Imperio Endurance Brasil. For that reason alone it should be part of AMS2.
