Nope, it is normal that the CSW 2.5 is shown twice in the menu, happens here, too. Also Fanatec says in it’s manual that it is nothing to worry about.
Have you tried deleting your Automobilista 2 folder under > Documents and re-run the calibration? I’ve got a CSW 2.5 too and it works perfectly.
