AI finishes the 12 lap and 60 minutes qualify too fast

Okay so most cars are done with their qualify in 30 or so minutes and while the last 20-25 minutes is perfect for me to do my laps its very unrealistic.

• I was not able to find any line of code, value which could limit the number of cars on the track at once to 8-9. This is the workaround in Grand Prix 4 too as it has the same issue.
• I saw there is an option to Private Qualify however it just an on/off setting to have either a single car on the track at once or multiple.
