You're right. I was not quite clear. I was referring to racers who, above pretty graphics, appreciate other product features like the physics, or good working multiplayer system.
I don't need outstanding graphics, more importand for
me is well optimized all package.

To be honest to me one of the nice things about AMS is that they DONT have GTE/GT3/GT4. I love this game beside its amazing physics and FFB for its rather unusual and exotic car selection. (Almost) Every other sim out there has the same FIA GT cars and it gets kind of boring. Reiza´s niche car selection is amazing.

Don’t forget the nice track selection. It’s not just Spa, Monza and Nords (for the average sim guy these seem to be the only tracks on earth) but some amazing brazilian tracks which I never heard before AMS. Nice to have them.

Do you guys would prefer that REIZA will organize the competitions like iracing or at least like Simracingsystem? I would love it!

I think it depends on user numbers. iRacing has peak player numbers around 4000 plus. AMS has peak player numbers around 250 and most are probably not racing on-line. There is no way to provide multiple splits over all the racing series AMS offers with those kind of numbers. TBH I'm not sure the numbers would even support an SRS type system.

Fully agree on the imposibility of multiple splits, neither one race each hour as SRS , but may be 3 reiza races dayly (euro - american - asian times) with some of safety and "ams"rating ....? .

I am probably one of the most patient person I know. I have 6 kids and a wife and I am constantly busy. But I must say the silence from Reiza is so saddening. I have loaded this webpage almost every day for years. I have thousands of hours in AMS. I am the biggest Reiza fanboy I know but the lack of any info for AMS2 is flat out crushing. I sure hope to hear something very soon.

I agree that any kind od fresh info would be great. But on the other hand.. I believe there is a very good reason for the silence ;)

I can add than @Dann Murillo is a great supporter of the ams community , always a helping hand and owns a Great Ams Community, sadly it doesnt have events on weekdays.

I am sad..... i can not tell nothing more so --> PLEASE Reiza give us something to gossip a bit and please Dann create some OSR events for the Weekdays racers :D

I'm quite happy for Reiza to remain silent on the matter of AMS 2, or whatever is planned next, until the company wishes to announce something concrete. The developers have probably learned from how their competitors' announcements and releases have provoked good and bad reactions from simracing fans and the wider public.

There is an old maxim that tailors like to say: measure twice, cut once.

I have never seen you online playing AMS, especially on OnlineSimRacing.net servers. :D

Jokes aside, really looking forward updates from Reiza on AMS2 or whatever will be the sim name. Long live!

Please tell me that the Madness Engine uses less system resources than Unreal. I can barely run ACC, but I can run AMS with most settings maxed and get 60+ FPS.

GTX1060 3GB here. I run PC2 on max settings + VSYNC ON. Never noticed less than 60 fps.
I STILL have to set some things on MID and LOW on Assetto Corsa Competizione.

I hope it speaks for itself.

Great choice on the engine, let's see what you guys can do with it. :hurrayreiza:

ACC is by far the worst performing game (not just sim) that I’ve ever owned. PC2 looks every bit as good, and runs silky smooth 60fps 1080p maxed out on my i5/GTX1070 box. With Reiza’s attention to detail and optimised content, I’m fairly certain that AMS2 will be the same, if not better.
