Thanks for the feedback guys.
The rules will be those from the selected series, so in the case of the F-Ultimate they have rules set which closely follow the current F1 rules such no DRS use in the first two laps and an activation gap of 1 second.
In terms of tracks the 2017 variants of Reiza tracks all have DRS zones and appropriate tire restrictions. With mod tracks your mileage may vary. Tire restrictions are set on a per track basis so you would need to check the readme or the .gdb of the track to see if it has a CompoundsAllowed and DRSZone entries.
Thanks for the reply, very much appreciate it. Sound great!.
One thing I want to say. AMS to me is the best sim racing experience out of all the current sim/racing games out there and I have them all except for Iracing. I always come back to AMS and every time I sit in my Obutto cockpit with my TM TX wheel and drive the V10's and V12's in AMS and of course, my all time favorite the Formula Classics, there is a big smile in my face!..lol I love it!
You guys are great and deserve attention and exposure, you guys are much much better then the big AAA sim race developers!
My only wish is that for your next gen game that if you can have a career mode similar to F1 2017...But if not, that's ok...I still love Reiza AMS!
Sorry the delay in getting back. All has been working well since the update. It's great to be back in business, and thanks for your hard work and dedication to solving the problem!
Sorry if off-topic... but anyway to include better multi-class support, such as how results and championship standings are displayed? And maybe ability to offer points separate for each class (example Copa Classic, B and FL classes)? Thanks.
I'm able to create seasons in the season editor, but they do not show up in game at the championship selection screen.
Are you selecting the right championship? Such as if you make a championship for Formula Reiza in the tool, it only shows up when selecting Formula Reiza and then choosing Championship.
I am, I've made a season for the 60's Grand Prix cars but no seasons show up other than the default.
It's on our radar that the championship area of the game UI is not the best. Not sure at this point how much will be able to be done before AMS1 wraps up but we are discussing it internally.
Where did you save the .aos file? Could you please attach it here so I can take a look, thanks.
Also, oddly enough, this is only in the public Automobilista, with any or without betas. The separate beta install they show up just fine.
@The Mayor can you attach one of the aos files please?
My mistake, i misread your post. This file is from the public game, should i include one from the beta as well?
