I have all Racin USA DLC installed and bonus content was previously working. All files are installed ( eg. Stock_USA_G3.bff and PoconVAL.bff) in the streamapps/common/Automobilista 2/Pakfiles folder. However, the content does not show in the in game selection menu for cars and tracks. Steam support has determined that everything is installed correctly and suggested I contact Reiza support. I have emailed support@reizastudios.com 3 times with no answer. Any help sorting this out is appreciated.

Thanks, but I have already been thru all that. Maybe I'll look through it again; but it was previously working and the only thing changing was Reiza updates and patches.
You can check the DLC-tab in AMS2 in your library and make sure it's checked on. Alternatively remove any mods or/and left-overs. Marius
Included in all the possible solutions, I unchecked DLC in Steam. Restarted Steam and rechecked DLC. Same problem. I've also uninstalled AMS2 in Steam, delected any leftovers that I could find and reinstalled AMS2 with Steam. Same problem. The DLC seems to be there, showing the file dates of the new install; but, nothing shows on the in game car and track selection. I've looked in every car selection to see if it showed up in an unexpected location. Same problem.

When I said I had already been thru all that I was refering to the info in the link you provided. My intent is not to bad mouth Reiza; but, I am baffled as to why they don't even respond to emails to support. I woulnd't fool with this if I didn't feel AMS2 was worth it; but, like I say, baffling.

Hi, I can see on your account that you completed the upgrade on January 14th, and you should have received and added the key to your account. This raises the question: why can’t you see the content in-game? Since you’ve tried everything you could think of, here are some additional things to (re)check: Ensure you’re not using a preset. Uninstall the game completely, delete the entire game folder (including any leftover files), and then reinstall it. Back up your AMS2 folder, delete it, reboot AMS2, and check if the content reappears. Remove Content Manager or any similar third-party tools. Verify the game cache. Confirm you’re running version 1.6.9.9. I checked the builderrors.txt file and found the same error in my folder. I deleted the file, ran a cache verification, and booted up the game, but no new builderrors.txt file was generated. This might be related to the patch released a few days ago. Not using a preset. As stated above, deleted game folder and reinstalled. No third party tools, etc. Ran sucessful file integrity check. Version is 1.6.9.91 I'm a little confused about deleting the game folder and rebooting AMS2. Seems if I delete the folder, there's nothing to restart.
Thanks. Apologies I meant the folder in My Documuments. Do you recall you added your key to your account? Since when are you experiencing this issue? Since patch 1.6.9.8.5 or 9? Or a few months ago?
I don't recall exactly when the key was added (at least a couple of months ago). However, when I attempted to go through the whole process again, there was no option to link because it said it was already linked. As I said above, I went through all the suggestions on the link given earlier.
Thanks Marius. Much appreciated. I needed to reactivate, with the key you provided, after game update. It does make me wonder if this is going to be the case after each new version. A major source of confusion for me was Steam showing activation was alredy done. Anyway, thanks again.
