AMS2 - User Livery Overrides

Back from my vacation!
The Helmet of Verstappen got it's redo, Leclerc next, then Tsunoda.
Magnussen and Bottas will get some improvements and some more Livery tweaks. So the next small Update should come this week.

 

I wanted to show of the places on the 10's helmet for the Formula Ultimate Gen 2 where a color is laying on the helmet.

As I've posted already several times there is always a brown color above the helmet. So all colors on the helmets are off or at least most of them are. A true white for the helmet is impossible, Blue becomes purple, yellow also becomes more brown and so on.
With the pictures below you can see which spots on the helmet have a color on top of it. It's mostly where other parts like the air vents are above the helmet.

You can see that around the Honda Racing the color is like it really should be. Over the HRC there are air vents which are not really there. Maybe those air vents which are not actually there could be removed?


On the Orange leafes, you see that there is a part of the real color, how it is supposed to look like.


The back of the helmet is not different. The true colors can be seen under the helmet flap. I think from this angle you can see really well how it should look like.

I hope with this post I can show the problems of the modern helmet for the Formula Ultimate Gen 2. Cars like the Formula V10 Gen 2 seem not to have this bug so I hope it can be a easy and fast fix!

F1 2023 Skinpack

Hi How can I recover original reiza liveries for a car without validating files in Steam?

Is there interest in an RX livery pack ? Nascar, F1, Wipeout and WRC inspired.

 

It would be nice if Reiza add the option to assign a livery to each AI competitor in offline races and championships. Currently, it is always random which liveries are included.

 

Is it random with every single car class, or what class ? I would think that the Brazil Stock Cars at least have pre-determined drivers for each car already.

 

You can create your own AI files to avoid that.

 

Select the proper number of AI to skins. If you have 20 skins you need to select 20 AI. or less and the Names will work. If your using NAMeS+AI

 

The next F1 2023 Skinpack Update should come tomorrow morning and it will feature the following:
Liam Lawson Livery & Helmet

Monza Liveries for Ferrari and Alfa Romeo
Monza Helmets and Suits for Leclerc & Sainz

That's awesome. One thing I wish I was better at. I'm good at applying decals and logos, that's easy. LOL the design part...is where I'm lost.

 

Formula Inter - F1 Liveries
McLaren Mercedes 2008 added as optional

User "Yerffej" donated me a sum worthy of a commission, and after asking him what livery he would want to see added to the pack he told me it should be the McLaren Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso .

If you want to install this livery, first make sure to install what is inside the F-Inter - F1 Liveries 1.1 folder, and afterwards in the Extra liveries which contains the McLaren Mercedes 2008 install files, which you paste into the root AMS2 folder and "overwrite all" when requested.

Thanks! The design process is incredibly strenuous as it requires an extreme amount of focus and seriousness. You have to have a great, high-IQ idea and pull it off with extreme virtuosity.
