You absolutely can. Reiza was good enough to provide a separate .xml files for the low downforce variant, so you can put an entirely different set of LM liveries liveries pointing to the same folder, and in the ld.xml direct to the different liveries.

Well, apparently it doesn't work that way for me. I just tested if the liveries work if I change the xml of the High Downforce car to match them, and now they are working on the Low Downforce variant.

I changed the name of the Folder from Chs74racingteam to Chs74racingteamLD then put it in the Overrides\porsche_962c Folder. I then changed the path in the .xml file to match, again changing the path from "Chs74racingteam\ to "Chs74racingteamLD\ and I get the normal and LD Liveries, depending on circuit.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work for me :(. In the showroom they work fine, but when I get to the track, they don't load. Also, on the loading screen, the previews don't load either, despite working fine on the car selection screen. Appreciate the help though!

Immersion Modding Group is in the process of creating skin packs, but this will take some time.

That they take all the time they need. Thanks for this team to do such quality skins like this.

I must admit, I only tried them to make sure they show up in the Selection Menu. I will try it when I am on next, and report back.

I have just tried it, and yes, I have the same result as you. White rectangle on Loading Screen, then Red cars in race.

Here update 1.1 Real Porsche 962c skins
Important!!! First install the Lontail version of Thread npsxbox (HERE) and then my new version 1.1 and overwrite the old files!
If you already have the longtail version then simply overwrite it with my 1.1 update!!
Then everything should work correctly now!

Glad it worked out! thanks Chrisi74 :) I think the issue might have been the competing .xml files between the original and the longtail version. The new update should fix it all for everyone!

The names of the teams in the xml file must always be the same in the long-tail version and the short-tail version, which is why the team name of the two paint jobs had to be Hydro Aluminum in the long-tail version and Schiesser in the short-tail versionsimply renamed "Porsche Racing #15/19" in both xml files(porsche_962c and porsche_962c_ld)

Having a hard time getting driver helmets to appear in game. Am I missing something in the XML? Have tried GTE and DPi, as well as F3 (which is not listed as having helmet override support yet, but the fact that the others aren’t working is concerning)

EDIT: Whoops, figured it out, “BODY” needs to be “BODY_DIFF.” I copy-pasted from the XML that hadn’t corrected that. Will leave this up as an object lesson for anyone that might run into this same thing.

Does anyone know if there's a way also to change the rims' colour?
