@Patrick Oliver Hello, why the dislike to my livery pack post ? Is there something not up to par with the quality, or any possible error i made with them ?

Version 1.0 is out now ! All 20 cars of the livery pack are finished, custom AI file is also included. Custom helmets and suits will be added eventually too.

Old Stock - The 1979 Daytona 500 Nascar Liveries
The "Opala Stock Cars 1979" while appropriate do not have an "Oval" variant, but the "Old Stock" does. So here are the 1979 Daytona 500 liveries for the Old Stock, which has more horsepower, a 5 gear H-Pattern gearbox and 21 livery slots, thus another driver in the form of "Dave Marcis - Marcis Auto Racing" has been added to the roster. A custom AI file is included too.

 

How do we know which seatbelt to use for each series ?
Because we have 2 different seatbelt templates.

I'm sure this is covered somewhere in here but as a graphic design noob...
How do you create Reiza style car previews? Are there templates for each car like the liveries?

I'm trying to create my own set for the Formula retro gen1 cars but unsure on the preview images?

 

You have to take a screenshot as such in the Showroom, then carefully delete everything from the background. Take the same screenshot for each car you need to make a preview of, and use the original deleted background and highlight it, then click on the new image and remove the background from the following images with ease.

How/where do I access the showroom? I've searched everywhere and googled it in the past but come up with nothing?

 

There's a huge "Showroom" button right above the livery select button in the car selection screen.

 

Right here after you click on your car of choice.

 

Wait that's really how you have to do it?? Couldn't Reiza provide a green screen showroom or something so people don't have to manually key out the background??

 

Or maybe a fixed camera preset or maybe that you can adjust the camera using values, so you can use always the same values for take those previews screens...

I have a question, I know possibly it was asnwered before, I was looking for it but I was not lucky to find it.. Why in the multi class series, cars have too few liveries? 6-8 liveries for car? why the cars like the mini cooper has 24 liveries but a car like porsche gte has only 8? thanks.

 

Iirc there's a maximum number of liveries per car class so the more cars you have in a class, the less liveries per car there are.

Spaghetti code? Just because liveries? o well, you have to have worries about something of course..

 

The madness engine is like bolognese. It’s not just liveries which is spaghetti code, but the whole thing

 

I don’t call it spaghetti. I just call it a game which has it flaws but which games doesn’t.
There are other things to worry about. I certainly wouldn’t be bothered by a game engine. If I don’t like a game or its engine, then I’ll play another game.

 

It’s not that it doesn’t have flaws and that I don’t like the game engine. The issue is that certain things we would think are easy to fix aren’t. That’s why we call it spaghetti

 

There is a way to "bypass" the livery limit but it is the most user-unfriendly thing in the world. Omega Stock Cars 1999 have a limit of 20, i enabled 40 of them and here is the current full grid of 32.
