Copa Uno - Nascar Liveries progress so far: 6 / 28 done

 

You must get along with blender... As the modern and CART helmets are a bit of a nightmare in 2D space... I'd much rather every helmet be the new Formula Classic helmet... As it doesn't have warps to work through in 2D space and thus would encourage more people to work on helmets...

I barely get along with blender, seems ass backwards to 3DS Max and painting in it is so limited in comparison to any other editor... But it's the only way to work with all the warps that make working in 2D space very hard...

The visors being on the same part and material as the helmets also turn me off from the idea of painting in blender... They really need to be on their own part and material like the CART helmet is... Touch the visor accidentally and there's heaps of clean up...

Helmets these days are so similar you could be forgiven for thinking they were all one brand... There used to be a lot of different shapes...

 

It's a pity the shaders are broken on the Group C cars...

Chrome would really make this one pop...

Hello, can someone help me get the Copa Truck - Vulkan (Volvo) template ? It is not available for download and i want to finish my livery pack, had to put this on hold for nearly 2 months vaiting for the livery. Someone told me it can be extracted from the game but i have no idea how to do that, would appreciate the assistance.

Still no drivers in some cars (Classic Gen 4 M2 and 3, BMW Procar, Porsche 911 RSR 74) when using custom liveries.
It gets really annoying, as we have been waiting for a fix for more than 2 months now.

 

When can we expect a template for the new F-Inter? @Rob Thompson

 

That and also the Copa Truck Vulkan is still without a template and i need both for my work.

Hello guys!

I'm willing to paint the new Formula Inter car, but i'm struggling to find the right folder.

I coudn't file a 'formula_inter' folder inside 'Vehicles\Textures\CustomLiveries\Overrides'.

What I've notice is a folder called 'formula_rookie' that doesn't seem to fit to any previous series. So I assume this could be the one.

Put my dds file there, write some xml, configure everything to livery 51, but nothing seems to work.

So, does livery override for Formula Inter ready? Is this a bug? Reiza already release the template, but I can't manage to put things together for this specific car.

Quick update

Just rename 'formula_rookie' folder and xml to 'formula_inter' and voila, livery working!
