I'm on a TS-PC and find "Medium Messing" (page 332, based on AMS2 default custom file) to have the best overall feeling. Use LFB slider to fill the low end spectrum.

(my wild guess, have no proof or other informations):
Keep in mind, most of these profiles around here are made using different wheelbases drivers, I believe introducing their own flavour (meaning, whoever does the file, has some information on the wheel not from the game FFB itself but from their own wheelbases software, that capture game's telemetry directly, leading them to reduce those same effects from game to get good overall result).
For instance, I do get feedback from my shakers that are not present in most custom files FFB. A wheelbase driver can get those inputs and add them to game's FFB (literally, adding details that "only DD wheelbases can provide" ;))
Thrustmaster driver's software is a black box (we cannot see what is does), but on the other hand, probably, it does not introduce changes in the game's FFB signal, are thereby more neutral (again, I have no proof), imposing a different custom file approach.

I agree with you, the V90 Daniel file has an excellent definition of details but lacks the heaviness of the wheels when braking, there is but it's not much for me!
If I could have the definition of the V90 Daniel with the braking wheel feel of Kuku Maddog it would be my ultimate FBB!!!

had a good amount of time on it today, love it! left the custom as is.
    things I changed

    dd2
dropped ffb strength from 70 to 60 (with 60 I get around 12-14nm peak force @ long beach hairpin)
dropped FEI from 80 to 70

    in game
increased fx from 15 to 25
dropped damping from 40 to 35

I tried it with the settings you posted on the fanatec forums , and I'm really struggling to connect with the car. Weight transfer is very hard to read, and some of oscillations make no sense to me. I think it also feels a bit numb with your changes made to v90 removing scrub_scale all together

With your recommended FEI at 70 and INT at 6 it feels really smoothened out and I feel literally no road texture, so I'm definately not having the experience you are. Kuku's custom I dropped the FEI to 70 as I was feeling a little too much road texture.

Could you please try it with my posted settings above and tell me if your experience improves? I also feel it's a night and day difference, but each to their own

Then we surely have two different working bases :D
I have so many road details with the V90 (and changes I made)...
Also, there are ZERO oscillations. In no situation I have any kind of oscillation. That alone indicates that something is working entirely different on your base.
I have tried your settings with the Kuku file already and result is the same, numb and lifeless FFB...

weird, as I can't make sense of how I could feel no texture on v90 with your settings, as then it would only make sense that I should feel even less with Kukus...but I feel a little too much before dropping FEI

Was a bit tongue in cheek . But also I believe everyone should start with the original files from Karsten , like 5.0.1.3 to get their base setting and generally get used to what they feel like before trying tunes .. otherwise you don’t have a baseline to identify the differences.

But the heavy messing files are also worth a try too .
And these are all on page 1 .

Have you tried my V80 modded file on page 330? I added brake weight to that one.

Not bad, I played with your settings. But for me with the @Kuku Maddog file, I sometimes have not connected tires to the road. Try driving the Porsche GT3 Cup car at the Barthurst track uphill and downhill, I think you'll understand what I'm talking about. Maybe we can fix this somehow.

the Porsche cup cars are quite spongy , they feel very soft edged compared to the GT3 .

I run fx over 30 it most cases ,
You can try increasing texture scale and maybe even just bump up the bump scales or related master scales ,

a lot of converts from fanatec to Simagic mention how much more details they feel . So maybe they just need some more volume of the finer frequencies .

@Kuku Maddog I tried to raise the parameters you indicated, but nothing really changed. I noticed that the slower you drive the steering wheel is firmer, and as the speed increases, it becomes looser and easier to turn. As the speed increases, the steering wheel should be stiffer.

made a small but impactful change, adjusted centering in the custom from 0.5 to 0.52

Does it fix the loose steering when the speed increases?

This is something I intended, and is somewhat experimental, irl the wheel has less resistance to turning at speed , especially so for cars with no power steering,
Like everything, it can be changed .
It is offset to a degree by downforce compression for high downforce cars .

You can revert this to the default original file values and then adjust to your liking.
    velocity_res_scale 0.4
    velocity_res_offset 0.6

Much better now. I'm starting to like your file, it has very good features, but it takes me a while to get to the ideal. Now that the rear of the car has slipped, I want the steering wheel to countersteer more. It is very difficult to catch the tail, especially when racing with a smaller wing. Regarding the white center, try playing the Daniel V70 file and I think you will understand what I am talking about, if you manage to have such a center, it would be great. Because your center is very soft like a sponge, I want more sharpness.

You may need more LFB value.

or you can increase (centering 0.5) up from 0.5 to something like 0.52 or 0.54 and see if it suits .
    Also you can increase
    # Rack spring

    (steer_spring_strength 0.0)

    Try 0.5 for starters.
    1.0 would be max .

@Kuku Maddog What parameter regulates the feeling when the front wheels lose grip and that feeling of how the wheels grate (rumble). I don't know how to say exactly in English..

Depending on which way you want to change it . the vibe harshness comes from (scrub_frq_scale 0.86).

it’s set on the high side to my preference, so it’s quite smooth and rubbery. lower will make it more gritty.

or if you are wanting it to lose its bite effect earlier so wheel goes lighter earlier when slipping try (slide_factor 0.9)
