    Mine is Gain 90 / LFB 75 / FX 0 / Dmp 0
Zero FX makes my G29 alive. I know FFB is very personal, but you should at least try it in case you haven't

Please can anyone explain in details what exactly "damping" does? Atm it seems makes my G29 a bit dull with Gain 90/ LFB 75 / FX 0 / DMP 25-50.

How can you guys run such high gains

I already get some clipping here and there at around 45 (without any lfb and in certain high force corners) with the simucube 2 set to 16Nm max. Am i doing something wrong? o_O

I am doing 70/30/30/Dri -2 at the moment. Still needs some finetuning I think, but overall it feels good. Perhaps I just switch out the 30 LFB to zero or so. But only tested it with the new GT3's and the GT's are all over the place.

I am awaiting a new official FFB-guide, tho.

The Logitech G wheels are 3Nm (yes, three) cog driven wheels. 100 gain is meant for those low torque wheels :)

Would indeed be good to get an update for ffb settings in view Of the major changes since the last patch.

I wouldn't think Soft-clipping should occur at such levels however, at this stage of development, there could be exceptions.

For me the Ultima GTR has by far, the best ffb feel at the moment.
The new GT4 and GT3 still need fine tuning before can be really enjoyed, especially the pogoing suspensions.
Engine sounds: Currently the reverb effect still sounds like I am in a small room with hard walls. I hope the sound team will / has come up with solutions how to effectively utilizing FMOD in Madness engine.
Regardless the version number, I still consider AMS2 a beta, so some hiccups here and there won't bother me.

Am curious what people are using for the in game settings with the new update that changed ffb so much for the Fanatec CSW 2.5. After I turned off damping on the wheel (per guidance from Reiza), I was simply floored at how good the ffb felt compared to last versions. The Merc on Donington Park felt just planted with great detail. I ran default recommended settings per Fanatec otherwise on the wheel. In game, I set Gain 65, low end force to 0, fx to 40, and damper to 25. I was up late last night trying to get the Porsche cup cars to work until I saw that they seem to be gorked in this release. All good. Otherwise excellent and know it will be fixed.

Curious to see what Damper setting people are using, feels ok around 45, but something feels way off at 0 or max, not sure if it is affecting other settings, or just the weight of the wheel/resistance.

I am now using 70/0/30/20/Dri off. Currently with Mclaren GT3 in a mp-race. Need to test it with Caterham SL. Vee, F-trainer, Stock, V8, Sprint and Lancer, tho

Edit: 70/0/30/15 now. Copa Puma was a tad too heavy

    G920 here.:

    75/0/50/30

I don't feel the need for LFB anymore. The center of the wheel feels pretty robust with gain at 75/80 depending on the car.

Hello everyone, after 1.0.5.0 update I've been experiencing a weird issue regarding FFB.
With "Default" profile mode, as most people say, I think forces are quite informative, dead zone is practically gone and overall feeling is the very best from Reiza to date but all FX (engine vibration and tyre scrub) seem to be missing in my wheel, no matter the amount I set in FX slider. On the other hand, if I shwitch to "Custom", the FX is back but everything else from Default now feel dimished, even absent.
So according to the quote below "Default" and "Custom" should be the same as long as you haven't modified the "ffb_custom_settings.txt" file.
Back in 1.0.4.x I used to use a FFB custom file but I cleaned the ENTIRE docs folder right after updating so there's no way "Default" and "Custom" are different now, right?
So, how could this be happening? Did I miss something?
Can someone test on his wheel and confirm if this is just me?
    Thanks in advance.

PS. for those who never use FX above 0: I think the easiest way to test is FX is working is to stop the car, set neutral gear and throttle expecting the wheel to vibrate with engine revs.

(TS-PC) Force feedback is not working at all after the latest update for some reason. I made sure to remove any traces of the previous version beforehand and have overall tried to do a re-install several times to no avail. The steering itself works fine but there is zero force feedback no matter what I do with the car. I have confirmed that the issue does not coexist with other sims.

TS-PC profile has been selected and the wheel is calibrated.
