Huh, I must be blind, because that file is nowhere in my folder... Only the corresponding ***_2003.bank and ***_Gen1.bank files.

Are you sure that wasn't a modded file to begin with?

EDIT: Forget it, I'm an idiot. Wrong folder. Sorry.

    If ya still need it.

EDIT: Forums file attachment silently failed with the .bank file, finally said it was too large as a zip, so here's a dropbox URL: Dropbox - Renault_V10_91.bank - Simplify your life

It will still take a long time until it will be driveable yet alone released for AMS2, but here is a little Screenshot of the Aston Martin AMR23! This Car will be released alongside another 2023 F1 Car which I started modeling yesterday!

Hello, a question that seems stupid: can we modify the class of a vehicle from a mod?
example: changing from a class X vehicle to an existing class Y .
    Thanks

Not an expert at modding, but you may be able to simply change the class ID in the vehicle's .crd file. I'd recommend duplicating the car's files if you're going to do that, however, or else you'll almost certainly have issues going online.

Amazing job at modeling the car from scratch! Are your plans to work off the physics from the current F-Ultimate Gen 2 but with some aero/engine changes to match the IRL car?

Yes definitely. I want to have if possible similar laptimes to the real cars. Imola will be a very good reference for that.

Yes - as TheRaptor suggested you can change the class of any mod car by editing the "Vehicle Class" value in the .crd file. You can put a car into any existing class, or a new class.

I guess increasing or decreasing the speed of a car is more complicated than that?

Yes as those files are in hex code...

If you've got experience from modding any other sim though, translating the hex code is the hard part...

Hello, how can someone help with modding in terms of getting the PC2 tracks into AMS2 ? I want to learn what is required and assist in any way possible. I know it is a long road ahead but eventually i would want to get there and help out ! Any pointers ?

Hello, is there a way to increase the number of liveries? In the rcf file, I can increase the number of liveries (from 2 to 4 for example) and in game, it seems to work. But in the visualization of the livery when selecting the car, I have a white square. Should I do something else? Thank you for your help.

I think that a white square shows up in car selection whenever a livery doesn't have a preview image set for it, so all you should need to do is add a new preview image alongside whatever livery you had previously planned to add. As a sidenote though, you should still be able to select a livery without a preview, so if you're just testing stuff I wouldn't worry too much.
