I also just tested installing all of the tracks with AMS2CM and it extracted the boot files and worked fine. Tracks showed up and was able to drive on brno as a test.

create a disabled folder inside your mods folder, then move all mod files from the enabled folder in the disabled folder, run CM, after that has finished, do the opposite, so move files from disabled to enabled folder, and run CM again

Content Manager creates/extracts the bootfiles directly from the game, you dont need to download them seperately anymore, i installed the update before i uninstalled the mods, i uninstalled the mods now, did a file verification in steam, then reinstalled them using CM and all works fine now

Fairly straightforward, basically what Roy wrote, but you have to leave the mods in their rar format, don't unzip them when moving them to the enabled folder, CM manages and "unzips" them.

Also I installed mods and Barcelona appears, no issues here.

Correct. You have de-install the mods BEFORE updating, otherwise the old bootfiles (without new content) will be used again.
Same had to be done the old way with JSGME.

The entire front of the second F1 2023 Car which will come as mod in a few Months is finished. The Cockpit is as close as it could be to the real car! ;)

The vehicle entry is really easy to make.
Just go into the mod and find the *.crd file, and use the path and name.
For the radical it would be:
    vehicles\radical_sr3\rad_sr3.crd
