    No worries, the new findings are way too well understood and progressed. There is no going back, because there are no cons about the improvements. :)

    Well except, that your pit limiter might go wubwub when using it on full throttle, if that's a con... :whistle:

    They mention a couple of other manufacturers they're finalising paperwork with, so I would guess AM are one of those.

    Hopefully the lawyers are checking that the contract says 'AMR1' and not 'AMR-One'!

    What do you mean? Gear grinding?
    Maybe you need to turn off autoclutch, because it's implemented since early access.

    You can even lose a gear if doing this too often.

    i run manual clutch, it just doesn't seem to behave as shown in the video

    Thanks for the update just another little post from a user saying thanks. Love the sim, its plug and play jump in and go ability make it ideal for a casual sim racer wanting to race with friends without the worry of a shed ton of mods, dedicated servers and everything else associated with the competitors. Mucho cheers! :cool:

    Just following on from my other post here, a quick question about the USA Pt2 and Pt3 cars...


    In PC2 there was no way to have proper 'car changes' per track; ie using oval config model for ovals and road config for road courses. Will there be some way of aligning it in AMS2 so that if you run a championship you can have the same 'competitors' running ovals and road courses in consecutive rounds, but with different car configs?

    What do you mean by that exactly? You mean you can shift up the F-Vee at full throttle all the time or downshift it without any throttle blip and without clutch usage? Then you have auto clutch active. (Especially the Vee doesn't like wrong shifting at all in this game)

    Would be nice to have a sim that models the H-pattern and clutch properly. In all major sims you can shift without the clutch, the gears will grind, but it can be fixed by simply pressing the clutch once.

    They should implement proper bite points and make you shift again on a miss-shift.

    This would also require your shifter hardware denying you to get the gear in (fully or partially), which is a different haptic experience, than "logging" the gear in again. And this is obviously not happening for any piece of sim hardware out there (yet).

    Can we also expect something similiar to the Formula One cars on the low downforce tracks like Monza or Hockenheim (The Feature Request Thread...)?

    Wow, WatkinsGlen. I hope with several layouts, NASCAR, Boot, with/without inner loop, and a historic one, the fast from the 60's?

    What could be the third track be? I still think Elkhart Lake but I wonder why licencing issues. But I will let myself be surprised.

    All the awesomeness of this post aside,I'm really glad that Watkins Glen is making it's way in to the sim.

    That's a track that I can jump in a pratice session and do a full tank of gas on my own, just appreciating the flow.
