I found an oversight/bug with the non-beta HUD:

• Laps/Time/Position widget has every value filled with static 99

 

My Cockpit UI is a little messed up (Light is fine), but much fun already - Pocono turn 2 is *so* easy to go in too deep and clatter the AI (at least in the old gen stock cars ), and the Nascar LeMans version is super cool, had a short spin around Sebring Club

also lost the mouse pointer when using a pad - needed in vr to move stuff about - as it reset my hud layouts and cant get them back without the pad

 

Cannot select new beta HUD, can somebody post me a picture with the selection?

 

you have to select before going into a race from options on the main screen - the option doesnt show if you are in a race

Wow, Reyza, this is a great update, thank you so much! I went into the online lobby to try out the new NASCAR cars, and it was fun! The new interface also looks great.

I just have one small request. Please fix my custom setups, because I can't save them and customize them. The game keeps showing an error message.

And one more request. Please invest a small budget in advertising AMS2; we really need more players on the LFM website.

It's all of our jobs as backers of AMS2 to get the word out there to other sim racers. We can't rely on Reiza for everything. If you want more people to join LFM, I think it may help if you tried to do something to spread the word to others.

What a fantastic job on the Stock USAs and Pocono. Someone earlier asked how they compare to iRacing. I race exclusively Nascar ovals in iRacing. Interiors are spot on (to iRacing Next Gen and Legends 1987), no real difference. FFB is hard to compare as they are so different. In general, I'd say AMS2 is more aggressive with wheel feedback, road texture, etc. But I also use different wheelbase settings. Physics are where I notice the most difference with AMS2 having much more grip (a lot more!), especially on throttle center through corner exit. AI is good in AMS2 and it's a bit unfair to compare. Fun value, AMS2 is much more "fun" with all that grip. In every way, except lack of a career mode, AMS2 blows away Nascar25 in FFB/Physics/Performance/Graphics in my opinion (other than number of tracks).

and for the tire widget to be in.... "that" position? isn't it usually tightly snug next to the tacho?

Also every single one of my g29 button assignments are gone and i have to reassign every single button (including pedals and wheel)

Wow what an update! Love it.
I really like the weather widget within the Beta HUD. Missed that since a long time. It would be cool to have something like a timer in or on the red progress bar for the weather in minutes.

Thanks Reiza. I briefly tried the US stock car tracks and loved them. A short track oval like New Hampshire, Milwaukee, or even a generic one would be appreciated.

One observation: the Fontana Oval Historic appears to be the California Speedway. The image indicates Autoclub Speedway.
