    For online races when there is a 2 minute countdown, could there be an auto-ready button somewhere so that when the countdown hits 1 second left it will ready-up the player no matter what menu they are in ?

    You probably installed mods which means the encrypted bff files were decrypted and extracted into your game files.

    I'll just vent a bit about something, one thing that really kill some races (against the AI at least) that should be a priority to solve is the "magnet effect" when your car even with the slightest of bumps on the side of an AI get glued together, one thing I noticed is that my wheel is totally turned to the other side but when I look in the replay my wheels are basically not turning at all, the day this is not a thing anymore is gont to be a great day.

    I vaguely recall this being an issue as far back as PC1. When they swapped to some Havok based collision physics we ended up with all sorts of crap to contend with like exploding curb collisions and sticky cars/guard rails. As you say, would be great to finally get rid of this effect.. but its been so long.

    Totally agree, the worst thing is when you do get stuck on them, they turn aggressively into you, and if you are ahead of them but still touching, it just spins you around.

    It wasn't so bad a problem when the AI avoided the player much more intensely. I guess with closer racing come other issues. if it gets fixed I will also be very happy. I imagine now that physics is mostly stabilised, the same engineers (and RS himself) will be focusing on AI. And Career, presumably, of course.

    Finally! So many kart-related bugs that we had since Early Access have now been fixed :cool:

    There's still more to be fixed, but right now I'm just going to put on my VR headset and enjoy karting for the rest of the weekend :D

    Game now crashes on track loading, I have mods, but single standard car, standard track, crashes every time. game was solid at V1.6

    Oh my! Finally the karts get some lovin!!! Can't wait to try it, I'm hoping the visual bug where the AI driver disappeared from the kart at a certain distance has been fixed!
