Any news on when we're able to get a taste of the Multipla ?

 

Devs say tomorrow, ultima gtr and brands hatch are hitting beta

 

Fiat multipla ?! Great news !!
Any word which version; 1.6 l petrol, 1.9 l diesel or maybe both ?

Can we have someone from Reiza to comment on this ?

The Multipla is not the ugliest car ever made (the PT Cruiser still holds that title) but it's damn close. That said I'd totally race them if someone made an AC mod of one.

As Italian I can say the Multipla is much worse than PT Cruiser...
This is how we see the Multipla here on Italy:

 

You used to see a lot of Multiplas in the UK but I haven't seen one for ages. I bet the collectors have them all in air conditioned garages waiting for people to start appreciating them and the prices to rise.

 

I see them occasionally (though I work in a fast food drive thru so I see a lot of cars) but they're certainly less common than they used to be. The crossovers like the Nissan Juke etc seem to have taken over that family car slot.

Actually on topic for a moment, how close are we to an actual announcement of the Caterham models being developed? At the very least I'd like to know if that collection is going to be more focused on road cars or the Caterham Motorsport ladder. If its the former I really hope we get the Aeroseven.

 

Also feeling some Caterham hype. I was at Donington at the weekend and Caterham have a big showroom there so spent some time drooling. The Ultima is awesome and all but I expect to put a lot more miles on whatever Caterhams we get.

 

The caterham 620r is confirmed... At least the Heusinkveld Enginnering will run in the Simracing EXPO the Ultima GTR track version at Oulton Park, and the carerham 620r at Brands Hatch Indy.

The Aztek doesn't bug me because it looks like every other crossover to my eyes but jesus christ the Thalia. It looks like someone tried to breed a saloon and estate but didn't show mercy to the hellspawn that resulted.

Also be nice to the Aeroseven. I like cars that look like you could take the wheels off and the body would fit right in on a Wipeout grid.
