Track & Layout Used: Spielberg Historic GP
    Car Used: Brasil F3 301
Applicable Settings: AI 98%, Rolling Start
Report: When starting from Pole, the first race is OK but if you press ESC and hit Restart Race, your car doesn't accelerate as fast as the AI for the first 2 seconds until the player gains control. By the time you get up to speed, 6 cars have passed you. This doesn't happen if you go to garage and restart race from there.
Steps to reproduce: Qualify on Pole, start a race, press ESCAPE and select Restart Race from the pop up menu. Get blown away by the AI in the first 2 seconds of restart.

Track & Layout Used: Spielberg GP (modern F1 layout & Short track layout)
Car Used: Formula Extreme (Banbury FR)
    Applicable Settings: N/A
Report: When using the Banbury FR team of the Formula Extreme, your "garage" is outside the main garage complex of the Spielberg track. Seems to only happen with the Banbury FR livery. It also happens in Multiplayer.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Go to single or multiplayer @ Spielberg Grand Prix (either full GP or short layout).
    2. Choose the Formula Extreme with the Banbury Livery.
    3. Load.
    4. See garage placement.
    Screenshot:
Note: I am using a custom Manor F1 skin as the Banbury FR skin, but this bug also occurs with the default skin too.

    Report:

The serious issue: track map "jumps" on pitlane, you know the blinking map problem

The please take me seriously issue: after a few laps I noticed there were some airplanes and helicopters, so I decided to take my Formula Vee there to watch them better. When I was there, I got a bit bored and tried to crash the car into an helicopter, just to see what would have happened. Two things happened: my front right wheel detached, but kept jumping on the floor; a weird metallic noise started, which I didn't know where it came from (not from the helicopter sadly :( )
Steps to reproduce: spend a bit of time under the sun with 39°C, don't drink water, launch Automobilista, go nuts

Track & Layout Used: Interlagos GP, Curitiba
Car Used: Stock Car, Lancer RS
Applicable Settings: G27 + Bodnar Cable - HUD off
Report: Massive framerate drop on track only. I can watch replays or espectate other cars on track, but as soon as I get on track my frames drop to 3-4 FPS.
Noticed that if I change windows (ALT+TAB) while on track the I get my normal 70 FPS, but this effect last only a couple of laps and drops to 3-4 FPS rapidly. The sim is undrivable.
Steps to reproduce: Select any track or any car and go on track. Framerate drops.
System Specs: It's a gaming laptop, never had problems with framerate before.
    • i7 (can't remember actual speed right now)
    • GeForce 750M
    • 16gb RAM

You might want to list your system specs?

Just helps to diagnose the problems, if it's a spec issue.

Report: When i exit the garage after i start the game and load a track, the game hangs for ca. 1 minute and the ignition sound runs in a loop. Something seems to be stuck and/or has trouble loading properly.
What could it be? This first appeared with one of the last updates.
Steps to reproduce: Start the game normally , go to test day or time trial and exit garage

Switched to native HUD and the issue disappeared. Looks like a Dynhud-related issue...

Nope. The problem persists. The game hangs for ca. 1 minute (with ignition sound running in loop in the background..) every first time I exit the garage after I start the game. I need to wait it out until I'm able to drive.
What could this be ? This is a fresh problem, since VIR was introduced.

Whatever you have done to the F309, it made it really undriveable ... the understeer is just massive.

i don't even know why you started messing with this car, up to 0.9.3 it was really a balanced car :(

Which one ? You've got 2 differently speced F3s now.
There was a newer variant added a couple of updates ago and that one felt really weird the first time i drove it (haven't driven it since). The old F3 still felt very much like the old balanced F3 i know, though, so that was a relief. :)

They handle almost identically to me, both using default set-ups. The extra torque in the old 301 allows for a bit better steering with the throttle, but that induced-oversteer shouldn't be mistaken for general understeer.

Try them back to back at Taruma, to test aero-grip and then at Winston to test mechanical grip. They behave just as I would expect, which is very similarly, at both.

I'm not comparing the F301 and F309, i'm just stating my opinion concerning the latest changes made to the F309 :)

I just went and looked in the showroom and I must have been imagining that the last time I looked the new version was down on power, but up one gear. They are now the same power and torque. ?!?

So maybe there were changes to the 309? I usually drive the 301 and it has not changed and the 309 is pretty much the same. None of this matters unless you are confident they used to be different.

    Track & Layout Used: Any
    Car Used: SuperV8
    Applicable Settings: Night
Report: Headlights for the SuperV8 aren't visible most of the time in the mirror. Checking against the MetalMoro and I could see the lights in the mirror.
Steps to reproduce: Drive at night on any track with SuperV8 and watch the mirror as cars pass you.
