    Applicable Settings: Multiclass championships where class points are counted independently.
    Report: The UI during race does not show your position with respect to your own class, it only shows the global position. I believe this is a bug. However if the championship is single class, the relative position with respect to your own class is visible, which gives no information since it is the same as the global position. The position with respect to your own class is also visible if running a multiclass championship with only global points, where might be interesting but it is also not important info.
    Steps to reproduce:
    Just run the aforementioned championship with split points per class, run a race and make sure to activate the UI that shows your position.

    : I'm constantly & randomly getting mesh corruption with vertices sticking out & stretching out of cars or tracks . Sometimes right out of the bat. Other times only after a few races. Restarting the game is the only fix (until it happens again). See screenshots
    Steps to reproduce: Just play the game. I'm on Windows 11 running the latest version 1.6.4.3.2867.AVX using a Radeon 6700XT with latest drivers (whql), 32GB of RAM & Ryzen 9 7900X. All stock no overclocking.

    Not sure if this is by design or a bug but when creating a new single player custom championship based on a previously completed one the selected track state does not carry over. It always defaults to Naturally Progressing. All other settings are retained correctly. There are no additional settings or steps needed to reproduce this issue

    In VR. Game freezes when exiting a race when "no audio device selected"

    I sometimes test the VR headset without plugging in the headphones. Each time I quit a race early without the headphones plugged in the game freezes on the "Automobilista 2" splash screen. Works perfectly once a headset is plugged in and selected as the audio device.

    Report: High damage settings affect player much more than the AI.
    Whilst player's car has severe damage quite easily after slight contact, the AI continues racing just as if there was no accident at all. No fun using those settings when AI's cars are reliable as tanks compared to the one of the player.
    Is this because the AI ram each others all the time?

    Report: When trying to set the value [4] to REAR LEFT FAST BUMP, the value just jumps from [5] to [3]. There's no [4] value available.

    Report: The Windscreen Wipers do not work during replays
    Steps to reproduce: Just play the game.

    EDIT: it seems to be random. Sometimes they do work sometimes not. Restarting the game doesn't seem to affect the issue.

    Still happens on Interlagos Historic 1976 full :(

    A race of 40 Laps with Formula Retro Gen1
    A big accident happend to the AI, in Lap 8 and it triggered full course yellow, so far so good.
    But the safety car stays out Lap afer Lap after Lap...

    After ten very long Laps i finally quit the race :(

    I did several championships before with modern cars on modern tracks, no problems with full course yellow.

    Report: When riding within a pack, cars in front change their line all the time, going zigzag, completely unable to hold a certain line. Then, they are also braketesting player in fast corners for no reason, whilst the car from behind attacks player like a madman and tries to force it's way through by taking fantasy lines full blast with their magic grip.
    They drive just if they were completely blind. Above that, their cars are reliable as tanks when there is contact, only player's car gets damaged.
    Racing the AI in this class is a horrible experience.

    Applicable Settings: Weather - Storm (simulating real 2012 conditions in real time)
    Report: even with the both inters and wet tires on, the cars were extremely incontrollable
    Steps to reproduce: Drive the Formula reiza in a Rainy session, and pay attention to the grips on all tires, felt like ice driving on rink, not sure if it's actually because of a bug or not, but the hud was saying the tires were correct temperature, etc etc.

    Car Used: I tested in BMW M1 and Mclaren F1
    Applicable Settings: Any setting
    Report: The lights seems not working, If its daytime and not raining, the car starts with the lights turned off, I press the assigned key for "Headlights" or "High beam headlights" and is not working, I know the key is detected because you can see that for less than a second the headlight light bulb in the dashboard and the light of the dashboard switches on, but immediately is switched off. At night or if raining the car starts with the lights on, but now is not possible to switch them off. It is like there is a "Automatic lights" option active, but I was unable to find that option anywhere. I know is not a problem with the key assignment because as explained when trying to switch them on the lights switch on for a very short time, so the assignment should be ok. Not totally sure but I think this doesn't happened before, I think I was able to change the lights before.
    Steps to reproduce: Load the BMW M1 or the McLaren F1 (I suspect it happens with every car with lights) in any circuit, you will see that you can not change the state of the lights.

    Report: I start a qualy session in a championship I made, I start with four tires green, so I assume in good temperature, but around mid track only the rear tires starts get to yellow, so I assume they get colder, and of course I start to slide all around the place. I know tire temperature gets cold in long straights and you need high speed corners to keep them hot. I know in this track you have very long straights, but what I do not understand is why only rear tires get cold, the front ones remain always green. Also this car that has a tendency to slide rears, this should help to keep hot rear tires hotter than the front ones, but it is the other way around. In any case I do not understand why the front ones are always perfectly green, around mid track you have rear tires almost yellow and the front ones perfectly green.
    Steps to reproduce: Make some laps with the BMW M1 in Nordschleife

    Report: As reported à little while ago: Tiny bug: No shadows under some cars some cars on the grid will randomly not have the contact shadow/AO rendered underneath them. Restating the game is the only solution. This has been happening for a while now (at least v1. 5) ans is extremely annoying because of its randomness.
    For example: if the 7th car on the staring grid no longer has a contact shadow. No matter what other car model or track is chosen for in the game (or even a saved replay) the 7th car on the grid won't have a contact shadow until the game is closed & restarted.

    Report:

    The Metalmoro P3 Duratec's "Look Back" function is broken. When the button is pushed, the camera is looking back at a headless driver and the car itself, rather than behind the car.

    Please fix for the next update. The car is great fun and best in its class imo.

    : Practice or Qualifying where AI starts in the pits.

    Report
    : Cars in the pits are all stacked up and damaged.. bouncing in the sky. Some get out and make to the track. Others get DQ even before the practice or qualifying ends. Human driver can get out and make a few laps as well as a couple of AI. I just skip P and Q and get to the race.

    Steps to reproduce
    : Run a race at VIR south using Opala 79.
    I don't know how to insert image so see attachment. Cars are in the air.

    EDIT: I wanted to clarify that once practice and qualifying were over, and we went to the race, everything worked fine. I'm guessing that the lineup was somewhat random. But since we started on the track, the AI had no issues and all went in successfully for a mandatory pit stop during the race.

    Applicable Settings: 1 hour race, 15 x time, SteamVR
    Report: "After 50 min the game got unplayble with FPS dropping to under 20 fps. If i tap to another window and back it jumps back up to 120 fps but quickly drops down to under 20 again. Seems like memory leak on Sebring."
    I have experienced exactly this in other tracks. Today it was at Velocitta. It doesn't seem to be track related. Santa Cruz days ago. The cars were P1, GT3 GEN2 and GT4 in both occasions

    Report:
    In qualifying, AI drivers on their flying lap still can barely overtake cars which are on their outlap.
    Even on the long highspeed section between start/finish and Tosa in Imola 88.
    They all stick to the same line, with the slow cars blocking the fast ones. The fast cars do not go for the gap, but just for the rear of car in front. This way, they still build trains all the time.

    Track & Layout Used: Long Beach, but it only depends on the nightlights of the track
    Car Used: Sauber C9, but any car will do
    Applicable Settings: triple screen (either with NVIDIA Surround or with individual displays)
    Report: some in-game light sources are flickering, but only on the left and right monitors, not in the center
    Steps to reproduce: set the time after dark, i.e. midnight. Some lights will be flickering on the 3D objects, but not on the background. Mirror view not affected
